The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes. This includes making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or any corresponding section in future tax codes.

No net earnings of the Corporation shall benefit members, trustees, officers, or private individuals. Reasonable compensation for services rendered is authorized. The Corporation shall not engage in political campaign activities or propaganda. Upon dissolution, assets shall be distributed for exempt purposes under section 501(c)(3) or to federal, state, or local governments for public use. Any remaining assets shall be disposed of by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction, exclusively for such purposes.

There’s been significant turmoil regarding some nonprofits in Ukraine. As a result, many supporters may be experiencing a crisis of confidence.

Please do not allow real, alleged, or perceived misbehavior/mismanagement by some organizations to discourage you from supporting the Ukrainian defense and resistance. Fighters on the front line are infinitely grateful for the support they receive from the global community of conscientious donors like you. Rest assured, there are hundreds of volunteers doing great things for Ukraine every day, and at great personal sacrifice.

We are a small non-profit started by Americans who fought, or who are now fighting, in Ukraine. Our goal is to support the Ukrainian military, especially units with international volunteers.

In the interest of transparency, we would like to share with you, our donors, official documents that prove we are legitimate and truthful about who we were, and who we are: we are real veterans and we have really fought in Ukraine.

We are transparent and drama-free. All donations are converted into mission-essential equipment like night vision optics, drones, comms, vehicles, etc. We don’t take a salary, and basic living expenses are borne by us personally.

Given that this war is largely a war against hate, it is relevant to note that we are an organization founded and led largely by minority veterans (Mexican American). As such, we do not condone hatred towards any ethnic group, religion, sex, gender, or creed, and your support does not benefit anyone who does.

We welcome inquiries or inspections about our operations from relevant parties such as government entities, journalists, major donors, or other legitimate non-profits.

We don’t ask that you support us, we ask that you keep supporting.
